In 2019, there was a boom in Chinese poultry industry due to the continuous impacts from African swine fever. As pork alternates, the demand of poultry meat has dramatically increased. This provided a fortune to develop domestic poultry industry in nation. This year, EI Electronics was awarded 21 patents for inventions and utility models, such as new incubation technology for ducks. EI Electronics successfully passed the site audit of intellectual property management system and was awarded the significant scientific technology project in Anhui Province. Based on the intelligence of IOT, this project encourages the research and development on automatic breeding equipment. Company also participated in many exhibitions and conferences, such as Wuhan Husbandry Expo, Qingdao VIV Animal Husbandry Exhibition, The 9th China High Quality Poultry Breeding and Production Research Meeting, Themed Forum on New Models of Agriculture and Rural area, The 3rd Shandong Aquatic Industry Development Conference and International White Feather Duck Industry Forum.
This year, we achieved outstanding performance in every industry.
In recent years, there is no doubt that EI is the bellwether of incubation industry in both nation and worldwide. Facing the fierce competition from international competitors, Shandong sales team almost won all of the orders for incubation projects in any scales. It is the same situation in other provinces in China. Incubation 4.0 Intelligent Factory Project launched successfully, and the supporting automation, AGV logistics system, and incubation intelligent production management system have passed the verification. Model 43200 Duck Tunnel Incubator dominates the national market, which breaks the history record of total sales and contributes significantly to company’s annual sales performance.
Although pork industry suffered serious losses because of African swine fever, EI production line in pig raising still achieved outstanding performance. Compared to 2018, the total sales and delivery volume have doubled. In particular, company completed acceptance and delivery of the air filtration project for 83 piggeries that contain 40,500 breeding pigs. Due to this, EI occupied the advantage position in national air filtration market in terms of intelligent pig raising.
Although global economic is slowdown due to the trade frictions between China and the United States and political turmoil in some countries, our overseas market is still remarkable. According to the Belt and Road Initiative, EI Incubation Project has completed many large-scale projects in foreign countries along the routes.
Looking forward to 2020: Remain true to the original aspiration, keep our mission firmly in mind; Contributing EI wisdom to Shopping Basket Project, taking social responsibilities.
The achievement we have acquired is just the first step. As the chairman Hongwei Zhang says, we should adhere to the original intention of incubation and breeding equipment unremittingly, shouldering the mission of contributing to EI wisdom to Shopping Basket Project and taking social responsibilities. Xianfeng Shi, the leader in EI, says that we should continuously explore new directions for sustainable development.
In the new year, EI Electronics will forge ahead in all fields.
In the incubation engineering field, we will launch a new generation of single-stage and multi-stage incubator, and develop a second-generation automatic egg candling & transferring production line. Based on cloud and artificial intelligence technology, pre-research the new generation incubation breeding control platform. We will also continue to promote the “Incubation 4.0” Intelligent Factory, and optimize the AIO equipment monitoring management system and intelligent production management system. In pig farming project field, based on pig farm air filtration and environmental control, we are expanding into the field of pig farm engineering, allowing advanced technologies such as "AI + Big Data + 5G" to empower intelligent pig farming and promote the development of the domestic intelligent pig farming industry.
Over the past 35 years, generations of staff in EI make efforts to create values for customers and establishes centenary brand image, and the goal of EI is becoming domestic leading enterprise and world-class enterprise in intelligent breeding industry.
In the face of new development goal, EIers are alert to dangers even in times of calm, work together, spare no effort to work under pressure, adhere to the principle of customer-centric and market demand-oriented, continue to improve the leading ability of intelligent breeding equipment in the industry, contribute EI wisdom to the national Shopping Basket Project, and continue to write a legend chapter and span a new level.
